Damage on the

surface of the

hydraulic hoses

Damage to the

recycling unit?

Pressure drop in

recycling unit

After pressure

release, there is no

more leakage.
Should, however,

there be a further

leak on the handhold,

immediately

deactivate the

recycling unit and

contact an authorised

dealer or LUKAS

itself.

Hoses in handhold

Hoses in handhold

not tightened

Tighten hoses.

Is the return

hose connected

correctly?

Return hose is not

coupled correctly

or not connected.

Re-connect the return

hose and secure it.

Especially when

using quick-

disconnect couplings:

or not connected.

Re-connect the return

hose and secure it.

couplings: Leak on

Check the

connections of the

hoses

Hose connection

to the couplings

interchanged

Reconnect the hoses

to the coupling in the

correct way

Return line

Disconnect the

return line from the

coupling, clean it and

reconnect it.

With mono-coupling-

system: Leak in the

couplings

Is the coupling

damaged?
