3. Open the ‘Tenants.csv’ file, and use the Tenants names listed in there to determine which
point addresses are needed for the FM project.
4. Each tenant has 3 point addresses associated, as there are 3 different targets that may be
monitored per tenant. These are Day targets, indicated in the point address by ‘_D’, Month
targets indicated by ‘_M’, and year targets indicated by ‘_Y’. Points only need to be created
for those which need to be monitored, but the address used when creating the point must
exactly match what is displayed in the ‘Tenants.csv’ file.
5. Create as many points as required, giving each point an easily identifiable name (such as
the tenant name listed in the ‘Tenants.csv’ file), as point addresses may be trimmed.
