Stapling problems
Are jobs stapled?
The staple cassette might be jammed.
The staple cassette might need to be
replaced.
The job might not be configured for
stapling.
You might be using a paper size that is
not supported for stapling.

Remove the staple cassette and
check if it is jammed or empty.

For copy jobs, select the
Staple/
Collate
option at the control panel.
For print jobs, make sure the
stapler/stacker is configured in the
printer driver.

Use only Letter- or A4-size paper
for staple jobs.
