Headlight Guard 2 Self-tapping Screw 4
Step 1: Insert the top of the light guard (tab with pad) between the headlight surround and the grille.
(Fig A) The light guard bars should be vertical.
Step 2: Push the guard back flush towards the light. Making sure the guard is straight mark a hole
through the lower two tabs. (Fig B

Step 3: Remove guard and set to the side. Using a 1/16” drill bit, drill the previously marked two
hole locations. (Fig C) Note: Always use caution and care when drilling
Step 4: Re-install light guard on headlight; by following the previous instructions and line up the
tabs with the holes you just drilled. Secure with the included screws. (Fig D)
