Front Bumper (JB44-F, FS)
1976-06 Jeep CJ’s and Wrangler
NOTE: Carefully read entire instructions thoroughly before attempting
to assemble and/or install this product.
Parts Included Qty Tools Needed
Front Bumper 1 #55 Torx Bit
½ “ Flat Washers 4 Ratchet
Step 1: Remove the factory front bumper from vehicle by removing the two top and the two bottom bolts.
(Figure A) Save these bolts for use later.

Step 2: Position the new bumper on the front of the vehicle. Line up the holes on the frame with the slotted
holes on the bumper brackets. (Figure B) Attach the bumper to the frame using the factory bolts you
removed in Step 1 and the supplied flat washers. (Figure C)
The outer slotted holes are
for YJ and TJ
applications. The inner
slotted holes are for CJ
applications.
