ASSEMBLY
Bracket Assembly
Assemble eight Tooth Tube Brackets to the eight vertical
tube supports, one bracket to each support. These
brackets are of two sizes - six smaller for the front and
the rear outer frame members, and two heavy duty
brackets provided for the inner rear frame members on
the Spring Tooth Tube. Use 1/2 X 6” Bolts and Lock
Nuts. If your machine is equipped with 5J609 S-Tines,
mount these brackets to the top and middle holes. See
Figure 2-12.
If your machine is equipped with 9D662 C-Teeth, mount
the brackets to the middle and the bottom holes.
See Figure 2-12.
Figure 2-13 shows the proper positioning of these
brackets when assembled. The brackets must be
assembled exactly as shown in the illustration.
(Reversing some of these brackets will cause
interference later when mounting spring teeth).
