Pre-Test Station Checkup
This procedure is recommended anytime you select a new station, change parameter sets or sensor
calibration files with the existing station, or question whether the station is ready to collect valid data. It
describes how to:
•
Select a controller, configuration, and parameter set.
•
Verify that the proper calibration file is in use.
•
Ensure that Station Manager detectors are properly set.
•
If necessary, create a shortcut that automatically opens the proper controller and the desired Station
Configuration when you launch MPX.
1. Open the Station Manager application.
a) Select All Programs > MTS 793 Software > Station Manager. This launches communication
between the computer and the controller.
