The following options can be set:
Start address, End address
This is the start and the end address of the edit buffer. If you
want to program a certain area of a device, you can change
the start and end addresses accordingly.
This option is only displayed when the device can be
programmed in this way.
When the end address is calculated, it divides the buffer size
by (device-bits/8-bits). A 16-bit device, of which the buffer
