Let the appliance dry completely before re-using or storing it.
• All parts removed from the mincer body must be washed and rinsed individually by hand. Do not wash them
with other items. The washing-up water must not exceed 45°C. Do not use any scraping or scrubbing tool,
only a soft sponge and non-abrasive detergent. None of the mincer parts can be cleaned in a dishwasher.
• When cleaning the appliance, never use solvent (acetone, benzole, petrol, alcohol, etc.) as these may solve
the casing material, or the internal parts of the appliance if they get into. Do not use cleaning agents with
coarse or grinding effect.
• Do not use detergent with any chlorine content for cleaning the mincer as this could discolour aluminium
parts.
• When you’ve finished the cleaning process, thoroughly dry each part before storing it. Metal parts should be
wiped with a cloth moistened by a little cooking oil before packing them away or reassembling them onto
the mincer.
• If you don’t plan to use the appliance for a while after cleaning it, place it in a nylon bag and store it in a place
that is free from dust, damp and frost. Do not wrap the mains cable around the appliance when storing it
because the insulation can deteriorate or break under these circumstances.
