Off-camera mobile mode
It’s easy to connect the A10 with the Profoto apps and once you are
connected it is even easier and more fun to use the A10. The Profoto
apps gives you access to:
• Easy updates and smart remote control using the Profoto Control
App. This will always give you the latest A10 updates available at
your fingertips and an ability to view and control all A10 settings
from your smartphone screen.
• Creative capture using the Profoto Camera app. You can play with
light and shadows to create amazing smartphone images lit with
your A10.
To connect the Profoto apps to the A10 you need to select BLUETOOTH
ON in the settings menu on the A10. Then start the Profoto app and
follow the in-app instructions.
Note
When using the Profoto control or Profoto Camera app, the mode switch [10] is disabled
and the app will dictate if TTL (AUTO) or manual mode is used regardless if the A10 is
mounted on a camera hot shoe or not.
