The Cancel All command deletes all LUs listed on the Pair Settings Parameter list, and all LUs are removed
from pair settings operations. LUs can also be deleted using the Omit command and selecting all LUs on
the Pair Settings Parameter list. When all LUs are deleted (by the Cancel All or Omit command), the list
status becomes the Volume list.
Viewing Continuous Access XP pair status for LUs and LDEVs (Pairdisplay)
The Pairdisplay command displays detailed Continuous Access XP pair status information.

From the Volume list, click the LU.

Right-click, and click Pairdisplay. The Pairdisplay pane appears. The Pairdisplay command can be
selected if Subsystem, CU number, or Port number is selected in the tree.

P-VOL and S-VOL:
• Port - host group ID (host group name) - LUN (lowest LDEV number for a LUSE pair). Only the host
group name of the primary site displays.
• Device emulation name.
• Capacity in MB (up to two decimal places).
• CLPR number and name. CLPR number and name are not displayed under S-VOL.
NOTE:
If # is added to the end of the LDEV number, such as 00:3C#, the LDEV is an external
volume. For details about external volumes, see the HP StorageWorks External Storage XP user
guide.

Pair Status: SMPL, COPY, PAIR, PSUE, PSUS, PDUB, Suspending, or Deleting (see ”
” on page 25 for further information about Continuous Access XP pair status). If
the pair is split or suspended, the split/suspended type is also displayed.
•
Pair Synchronized: How far the copy operation progressed in percentage and the progress bar.
•
RCU S/N and ID: Serial number and SSID of the RCU (or MCU if S-VOL is selected).
•
MCU-RCU Path: Channel type of path interface between disk arrays (fibre or serial).
•
Update Type: Synchronous or Asynchronous.
•
Initial Copy Pace: 1-15 tracks (disabled when status is PAIR).
•
Initial Copy Priority: 1-256 (disabled when the status is PAIR).
