designates “suspended” with S-VOL R/W enabled.
In the S-VOL case, this designates that the S-VOL can
accept writes.

(Valid for COPY/RCPY/PAIR/PSUE state) A listed
volume means that reading is disabled.

value indicates how much of the
P-VOL is in sync with the S-VOL.
