-zx option for RAID Manager commands under OpenVMS
A number of commands in this book reference a -zx option. RAID Manager
does not support the -zx option for OpenVMS, and the option will not
appear on displays.
Syslog function
OpenVMS does not support the syslog function. Instead, the HORCM
daemon uses the HORCM logging file.
