5.7.2 Setting the erase

Load the original.

Press Function.
The copy function screen appears.

Use +, to select [ERASE], then press OK.

Use +, to select [LEFT], [UPPER], or [FRAME], then press OK.
% If you select [LEFT], [UPPER], or [FRAME] and press ), you can specify the erase width. You can
set the erase width within the range from 4 mm to 20 mm in steps of 1 mm. Press OK.

Press Back to return to the basic screen.

Tips
- [LEFT] or [UPPER] for [ERASE] and the book separation copy setting, the ID copy setting, or 2 in 1/4 in
1 copy setting cannot be set at the same time.
- [FRAME] for [ERASE] and the ID copy setting or 2 in 1/4 in 1 copy setting cannot be set at the same time.
