If the console is unable to load the recovery file because it has been corrupted, it may return to the
Welcome screen again.
In this case, you should immediately take a copy of the log files using the button in System Settings -
Utilities to preserve the data in the Recovery file for later analysis and possible repair.
Then restart and instead choose to Resume or to load a previously saved version of your play.
Note: The date and time of these files are displayed to assist you in deciding the best one to use.
Note: If you send these log files to ETC we may be able to partially repair the corrupted file so that
you can re-import important show data back into your play using the Organiser.
