Press [FILE MANAGER] on the LCD home screen to switch to File Manager Mode:

Select [Fax Received] on the Filr Manager screen to change the list to Fax File.

Select Fax File and then press [Preview/Detail]:

Then, you can view detailed info of the Fax File.

Press [OK] on [Manage File] window to close the window:
