 Mixing the sound of turntables, etc.
1 Connect turntables or other phono-level (MM cartridge) output
devices to the [LINE/PHONO] input terminals of [CH3] or [CH4] .
• [CH1] and [CH2] are input terminals for line-level devices only.
• Be sure to connect the ground wire of the turntable to the [SIGNAL GND]
terminal of the unit.
2 Set the [LINE/PHONO] switch on the unit's rear panel to [PHONO] .
3 Set the [ A, PHONO/LINE, B] switch on the unit's top panel
to [PHONO/LINE] .
4 Turn the [TRIM] knob and move the channel fader to adjust the
volume of the sound output from each channel.
Setting the crossfader curve
You can set the crossfader curve on the Serato DJ Pro screen.
1 Click in Serato DJ Pro.
2 Click the [Mixer] tab.
3 Adjust the crossfader curve.
• The more you turn it toward [SLOW] , the more gradual the rise of the curve.
• The more you turn it toward [FAST] , the sharper the rise of the curve.
