Warning: It is not recommended to make a test run with the
machine while safety provisions have been deactivated or guards
removed.

(at 10 Hz if variable
speed motor).
Check the Spiral Elevator for the
rotation direction of the conveyor
chain. If this is not correct, then make
necessary adjustments to the
electrical control circuit or system.

Run the Spiral Elevator
(run at 10 Hz if variable
speed motor).
Check whether the conveyor chain
plates have been mounted correctly
the conveyor chain and the plates
run evenly over the slide rail.
Check whether the chain runs
smoothly and without any significant
noises. Should there be any
problems, refer to the
troubleshooting list in Section 6.3.

at 25 Hz (if variable

unusual movements of components.

If all of the items above have been complete and the Spiral Elevator runs
satisfactorily, then the remaining parts of the overall system can be checked
and the overall subsequently run.
