7 Troubleshooting
7.7.1 During a cut if a problem occurs, in the “Help” pull down menu, select the
“Send Technical Report” option. (See Figure 7-1)

NOTE: Wi-Fi must be enabled and connected before a report can be sent.
7.7.2 Once in the “Send Technical Report” screen, complete the “Issue Description”
section and click the “Send Technical Report” button at the bottom. After this
report is sent a Mathey Technical Representative will contact you within 24
hours. (See Figure 7-2)
