6.4 Calibrating the Mathey CNC Machine
6.4.1 Every time the Mathey CNC Machine is powered on, the machine must be calibrated. The MatheyCNC
software will automatically prompt you to do this before a cut can be configured. To start the
calibration, select ‘OK’ (1) from the pop up box below that appears.

6.4.2 The screen shown in Figure 6-24 shows the machine automatically running the carriage between the
limit switches. First it will move to the Home Limit Switch as shown in Figure 6-24. Then it will
move to the End Limit Switch as shown in Figure 6-25. The last step will move the carriage back
towards the home limit switch as shown in Figure 6-26.
