8 Maintenance

Note on Maintenance:

This parts and operating manual contains information concerning periodic maintenance, lubrication and
minor repairs. Only an experienced electronics technician should attempt the repair of the Machine Control
Module or electrical system of the CNC Saddle Machine. It is strongly recommended that the CNC Saddle
Machine be sent to an authorized Mathey Dearman Certified Repair Center for repair.

In order to obtain the maximum life of the CNC Saddle machine, maintenance should only be performed by an
authorized Mathey Dearman Certified Repair Center. The Mathey Dearman CNC Saddle Machine requires only

minimal maintenance; however, these are precision machines. In order to achieve proper results, make sure
the machine is handled with reasonable care and is kept clean and lubricated. The machine should be stored in
the Mathey Dearman CNC Machine Storage Container during transportation and when not in use.

If the Machine is under warranty contact Mathey Dearman before attempting any repair. Failure to
contact Mathey Dearman prior to attempting repairs will void the warranty.
