The firmware status is represented by a general LED color for
the microcode and individual LEDs for each protocol, as
follows:
LED Color For General LED For Individual LEDs
Red No microcode is found on the
disk for the current card. N/A
Gray Microcode is found but is not
loaded into the card. The protocol is inactive.
Yellow Microcode is running on the
card but is different from that
found on the disk for this
card. N/A
Green The microcode is running. The protocol is active.
