A is fault/clear indicator where:
F=Fault

C = Clear
I = Info

B is the fault type where:
1 = Unit

2 = Rx Traffic
3 = Tx Traffic
4 = Info (Power on/off, or log cleared)

CC is Fault Code number, as in FLT? or Info Code, which may be:
0 = Power Off

1 = Power On
2 = Log Cleared

3 = Global Config Change
4 = Redundancy Config Change

ddmmyy = date stamp.
hhmmss = time stamp.

If there are less than five events to be retrieved, the remaining positions are padded with zeros. If there are no
new events, the response is RNE*.
