To delete the right-most digit, press the LEFT ARROW button on
the remote control.

To clear all information in the number field, use the ARROW
buttons on the remote control and select the CLEAR button.

To place the call, press the CALLHANG-UP button on the
remote control. If you only hear the numbers being dialed and
no one answers or there is no dial tone, make sure you have the
telephone cable properly connected to the back of the
ViewStation.

To disconnect from the call, press the CALLHANG-UP button
on the remote control. The phone image appears to be on-hook.

Answering a Video Call

There are two separate modes for answering video calls:

Manual

When the ViewStation receives an incoming call, a dialog box
is displayed asking the user whether or not the call is to be
answered. To answer the call, select YES. To refuse the call,
select NO.

Auto-Answer

By default, the ViewStation automatically answers any
incoming call. To change the answering mode, go to the
General Setup screen (System Info > Admin Setup >
General Setup)
. In the Auto Answer field, place a check mark
to enable automatic answering. To use manual answering
mode, the Auto Answer field must be unchecked.

Placing Multi-Point Calls (ViewStation MP Only)

You can place multi-point calls only if you have a ViewStation with
Multi-point capability enabled.

A multi-point call is a video call that involves more than two parties.
With multi-point calling, up to four parties can participate in a video
call at one time. All parties in the call must be connected at the same
speed.
