6. Click on the CONTINUE button to start the update process.
During the update, complete the following:
a. Print and read the Read Me First file.
b. Periodically look at the progress of the update. See
"Network and Communications" on page 182 if this process
appears to be inactive after 10 minutes.
c. When the SoftUpdate is complete, click OK to close the
SoftUpdate application.
Using Visual Concert PC
ViewStation release 7.0 software and above supports Visual
Concert PC. Visual Concert PC is an adaptor that lets you
simultaneously send a live screen image from the PC to your
Polycom ViewStation conferencing system. The live PC image is
seen as a second live video source to the near and far site is at an
image resolution of 704 x 576 pixels. This is referred to as
dual-streamed video.
