After you address a message using a list, the system asks for more
extensions. Do not add extensions that are already used in addressing of
the list just appended.

When creating a list, you can also include an existing list by entering

) at step 4.
Deleting Addresses from a List
Delete addresses from a mailing list in two ways:

Review the list until you find each address, then press
(
); or
■
At step 4 (when creating a list), press
immediately, enter the address
to be deleted, and press
(
).
Repeat for other addresses.
Make the list private.
Make the list public
