The Output turns TRUE when either of the Inputs are TRUE. If both of the Inputs are
OFF, the Output is OFF.

Data/Logic Signal: Two Logic (True/False) type.
Update Clock: None
Enable: None
OUTPUTS:
Output Signal: Logic type.
