ID Data Base Tables Selection 7- 9

Sequence Number, Selection 7 provides a means of setting the printer ticket and

transaction sequence number.
Reset Database to default, Selection 8 provides a means of resetting the ID tables to

default.
Rebuild Database, Selection 9 is to rebuild a corrupted database.

Press the number 9 (Rebuild data base) and ENTER. The display will show, “Rebuild

DataBase Index, press ENTER to continue” press ENTER. Rebuilding will be displayed

while the unit is rebuilding and ****** will also be displayed.

WAIT FOR THE REBUILD PROCESS TO COMPLETE

The display will return back the CFG ID table menu when completed

Press the CLEAR ENTRY key 2 times to return to the weighing mode.

Use this function to modify print formats to meet your print requirements. The DT220 has

8 Pages of formats that are used for generating print data onto a form. Each page has 16

rows that are used to define items to be printed. Each row has the following fields:

Line the line number to print the item on

Col the column number to print the item on

Item the item to be printed

Print format design requires you to become familiar with the

Page List and the DT220’s

Register List. The Page List describes how each page is used. The Register List

describes what items can printed.
Use the print format worksheets to design new print formats. The PRINT FORMAT

DESIGN EXAMPLE illustrates how a print format is designed. A list of the default print

formats is found in DEFAULT PRINT FORMATS
