Conditions:
• Ignition ON, engine
running
• Boom angle is
below 40°
• Travel select lever in
(F) FORWARD or
(R) REVERSE
• Park brake OFF
• Service brake
DISENGAGED
Check solenoid coils 12A and 12B on
the Stabil-TRAK™ manifold for correct
resistance (7-9 ohms).
Remove solenoid cartridges 12A and 12B
from Stabil-TRAK™ manifold and inspect
for debris or damage. Refer to Section
8.13.9, “Stabilizer Cylinder.”
Inspect check valves 2A and 2B
on the stabilizer cylinder. Refer to
Section 8.13.9, “Stabilizer Cylinder.”
Replace solenoid(s).
Clean passages or replace
cartridge(s).
Replace check valve(s).
