Button Mapping

Button Mapping

Button mapping assigns video sources to source selection buttons (Source
Button mapping). Button mapping is also used to assign Aux buses to del-
egation buttons (Aux Deleg mapping). This allows you customize the Main
Panel and each configured Remote Aux panel to meet your individual
needs. Button mapping settings are included as part of User Preferences,
and can be saved and instantly loaded for use at any time (see File Opera-
tions

on page 360

).

Local Panel Source Button Mapping

On the Zodiak system, button mappings on the Main Panel are set the same
in each M/E, PGM/PST, and PVW/AUX bank for operating simplicity.

Touch the

Local

Panel Type button to configure source to button

mapping for the Main panel.

Touch the labeled Bank button(s) of the banks you wish to map. You
can select one, some, for all of the banks to be mapped. Notice that a
button for the Local Aux panel is included with the other local banks.
