• Endpoint titrations while holding the measured value con-
stant. pH STAT is the most frequently used titration. A reagent is
used to dose to a preset measured value (control point). This con-
trol point is kept constant by titrating the reaction product continu-
ously with the reagent. The STAT titration keeps the control point
constant until the preset stop condition has been reached. The
STAT titration is used, for example, in enzymatic analysis. The dos-
ing rate resulting from holding the control point constant provides
information about enzyme activity.
