Start-up data error

1. Record the error message displayed on the LCD screen
2. Export the support file (Ref. page 2-8)
3. Power down the instrument (Ref. page 4-10)
4. Turn the instrument Power on (Ref. page 4-2)
5. If the error persists contact QBC Technical Support

Printer hardware error

1. Record the error message displayed on the LCD screen
2. Export the support file (Ref. page 2-8)
3. Turn off the external printer
4. Power down the instrument (Ref. page 4-10)
5. Check that the connector from the External Printer to the back

of instrument is properly installed (Ref. page 2-5)

6. Turn the instrument Power on (Ref. page 4-2)
7. Turn on the power to external printer
8. If the error persists contact QBC Technical Support

error

1. Record the error message displayed on the LCD screen

3. Pull the printer paper release lever towards the front of unit

(Ref. page 3-3)

4. Manually advance the paper using the manual advance wheel

(Ref. page 3-3)

5. If the paper advances, push the printer paper release lever to

lock the paper into place (Ref. page 3-3)

6. Power down the instrument (Ref. page 4-10)
7. Turn the instrument Power on (Ref. page 4-2)
8. If the error persists contact QBC Technical Support
