1 DATA LOG
Log with time and date stamp.
Log spatially averaged values with time
and date stamp.
Continuous logging at various rates.

2 TIME AVG
Turn fixed time averaging (various
duration) on or off.

3 SPATIAL
Turn the spatial averaging mode (used for
whole body averaging) on or off.

4 BAT/LITE
Check battery charge status and
estimated time remaining.
Turn the back light on or off. 12
5 UNITS
Select from all appropriate units of
measure (i.e., mW/cm 2 , V/m, V 2 /m 2 ) for the
probe in use. Percent of Standard is the
only unit of measure for shaped frequency
response probes.

6 RS232
Change the baud rate.
Turn the RS232 port on or off. (Automatic
on for Model 8718B. Menu is for Model
8718 only)

7 PROBE
Show the model and serial number of the
probe in use.
Select another probe and restart the
zeroing process
