CAUSE CURE
The machine either serves very little or no coffee at all.
a) The seal is damaged and this
causes a leak around the filter
holder.
b) Leak in the upper connection
of the filter holder.
a) Replace the filter holder
gasket, see paragraph 6.5 (to
be carried out only by qualified
personnel or at authorised
technical assistance centres).
b) Check the seal of upper connec-
tion and tube (to be carried out

The display is switched off and the machine cannot be switched on.
a) There is no mains supply to
the machine.

well connected to the machine
and to the mains plug. Check
that the mains switch is turned
on; in this case, check the feed
fuse: if it has burnt out, replace

a) Verificare che il cavo di alimen-
tazione sia bene collegato alla
macchina e alla presa di cor-
rente, controllare che l’interrut-
tore generale sia acceso; in tal
caso controllare il fusibile ali-
mentazione: se è bruciato, so-
stituirlo (vedere paragrafo 1.1
rif. 6).

URSACHE LÖSUNG
Die Maschine produziert wenig oder gar keinen Kaffee.
a) Die Dichtung der Halterung

rt zu Verlusten rund um den
Filterhalter.

tung des Filterhalters.
a) Ersetzen Sie die Filterhal-
terdichtung, siehe Paragraph

tung und den Schlauch auf

Das Display ist ausgeschaltet und die Maschine kann nicht
eingeschaltet werden.
a) Die Stromzufuhr zur Ma-
schine ist unterbrochen.
b) Eine der Sicherheitsfun-
ktionen ist aktiviert worden.
c) Die Kabelverbindung ist
unterbrochen.
d) Der elektronische Mikro-
chip ist defekt.
a) Stellen Sie sicher, dass das
Stromkabel korrekt mit der
Maschine und der Steckdose
verbunden ist und überprü-
fen Sie, ob der Hauptschalter
eingeschaltet ist. Überprüfen
Sie dann die Stromzufuhrsi-
cherung: falls diese durchge-
brannt ist, muss sie ersetzt
werden (siehe Paragraph
1.1, Ref. 6).
b) Überprüfen, dass der obe-
re Deckel korrekt geschlos-
sen ist.
c) Wenden Sie sich an ein au-
torisiertes Servicezentrum.
d) Wenden Sie sich an ein au-

CAUSE SOLUTION
La machine extraie peu de café ou pas de café du tout.
a) Le joint n’est plus étanche
et provoque des fuites au-
tour du porte-filtre.
b) Perte dans le raccord supé-
rieur du porte-filtre.
a) Changez le joint torique du
porte-filtre, cf. paragraphe 5.5
(seulement par un personnel
qualifié ou auprès d’un centre
de service après-vente agréé).
b) Contrôlez l’étanchéité du rac-
cord supérieur et du capillaire
(seulement par un personnel
qualifié ou auprès d’un centre
de service après-vente agréé).
Le visuel est éteint et on arrive pas à allumer la machine.
a) Le courant n’arrive pas à la
machine.
b) Déclenchement d’un des
dispositifs de sécurité.
c) Le branchement a été in-
terrompu.
d) Défaut de la carte électro-
nique.
a) Vérifiez le branchement du
cordon d’alimentation à la
machine et à la prise de
courant, contrôlez si l’in-
terrupteur général est al-
lumé, dans ce cas contrôlez
le fusible d’alimentation:
changez-le s’il est grillé (cf.
paragraphe 1.1 point 6).
b) Vérifier que le couvercle
supérieur est correctement
fermé.
c) Adressez-vous à un centre
de service après-vente
agréé.
