9 Re-install the top flange by turning it clockwise until it is tight. Hold the mandrel
as you turn the flange to prevent the assembly from unlocking from the base on the
feeder.
10 Grasp the top flange and push it toward the label roll. It will stop moving when it
is against the label roll.
