Abbreviation for "Portable Document Format", a universal file format

developed by Adobe for the exchange of electronic documents. With the free

Adobe® Reader® software, PDF files can be displayed and printed

independently of the application and platform used for the creation.

Integrated development environment for the creation of IEC 61131 programs

for Lenze PLCs.

Port

Connection point or interface of an application or machine application. Input

ports serve to transmit e.g. setpoints and control commands to an application,

output ports serve to provide e.g. actual values and status messages of an

application.

RAS server

With the Remote Access Service (RAS), Windows allows you to connect clients

via a modem, ISDN, or X.25-connection with the local network. Different

clients are supported and the selection and possible combinations of the

network protocols used are very flexible.
The clients connected with the Windows network via RAS can use all network

functions as if they were directly locally connected with the network.

Reset node

Function of Lenze devices with system bus (CAN) interface by which the device

can be reinitialised if changes with regard to the data transfer rate, node
